GGG:

We’re here to break the stigma and build a safe, supportive community where mental health conversations are not just normalized—but embraced. No one should struggle alone, because healing happens when we feel seen, heard, and supported. Together, we are creating a movement that changes lives—one conversation at a time.
Let’s talk about it!

Who We Are & What We Stand For

Our Mission

Groovy Goddess Gang (GGG) exists to redefine mental health conversations, create & build a supportive community, and ensure no one feels alone in their struggles.

We believe expressing emotions should be normal, not shameful - and that mental health education & resources should be accessible o everyone—no matter their background or circumstances. Through real conversations, advocacy, and community-driven support, GGG is here to create a safe space where people feel seen, heard, and valued.

Whether you're navigating anxiety, grief, trauma, or simply seeking deeper self-awareness, this movement is for you. Together, we are changing the narrative around mental health, one open conversation at a time.

Our Vision

A world where mental health awareness is as common as physical health awareness.

We envision a future where talking about mental health is second nature—where schools integrate mental health education from an early age, and where no one suffers in silence out of fear of judgment.
Through
education, advocacy, and raw, unfiltered conversations, we aim to shift societal norms—so that one day, seeking mental health support is not a privilege, but a right.

GGG is more than a podcast, a brand, or a business—it’s a movement that will outlive us, shaping a future where everyone has the tools, knowledge, and support to care for their mental well-being.

Core Values

1. Empathy - We approach every conversation with kindness, understanding, and an open heart.

2. Inclusivity – Mental health affects everyone. GGG is a space where all genders, identities, backgrounds, and experiences are valued.

3. Community – Healing happens together. We foster a space where people feel safe to share, connect, and grow.

3. Education – Knowledge is power. We believe that mental health literacy should be accessible to everyone.

5. Authenticity – No filters, no pretending—just real, raw conversations about what it means to be human.

6. Compassion– We believe in leading with love, holding space for others, and uplifting one another.
