Support Exists. Access Is Another Story

Mental health resources exist, but finding support isn't always easy. Cost, lack of insurance, long waitlists, stigma, and simply not knowing where to turn can leave people struggling without the help they need.

After losing Andy to suicide, I learned firsthand how deeply mental health struggles can affect our lives and how many people suffer in silence.

That's why I created Groovy Goddess Gang.

To build a welcoming community where mental wellness is openly discussed, people can learn practical coping skills, and anyone can find guidance toward available resources and support.

Our goal is simple: Make mental wellness education, resources, and human connection more accessible, so fewer people have to navigate their mental health alone.

We hope to see mental wellness education become part of everyday life, including in schools, so children can begin learning about their mental health just as they learn to care for their physical health.
